S-1155~ Dicke~'s Barbecue Restaurant, a zoning change request from "C" to
"C-S.U.P." to allow a 3,939 sf restaurant on .775 acres of property, located
along the west side of $. Denton Tap Road and south of the St. Louis
Railroad right-of-way, at the request of Pat Hengguer.

1) Show the location of the existing median on Denton Tap Road.
2) Show how much right-of-way from the back of curb to the property line. When the property
is platted a 5' sidewalk utility easement will be needed adjacent to Denton Tap Road.
3) A 5' wide sidewalk needs to be constructed adjacent to Denton Tap Road with a minimum of
4' off the back of the curb.
4) ADA ramps need to be provided at the driveway.
5) If there is going to be an order board, show the location.
6) Provide 8' wide brick paver band at the driveway as per the City's standards.
