1. It appears as though a portion of the streets are going to be constructed in the floodplain.
I am aware that the City of Grapevine Floodplain Ordinance will prevail for the development
of this property. However, it is my understanding that they are stricter than the City of
Coppell's Floodplain Ordinance. We do not allow encroachments into the floodplain without
benefit of a study. Is it your intent to provide a study to complete the reclamation of
portions of this property so that streets can be built in what is currently shown as floodplain?
