DISCUSSION: This unique planned development is to be planned, developed, operated and maintained as a single entity containing 9 buildings of which 2 entire buildings are in Coppell's city limits and 3 buildings are split by Grapevine boundary lines. Total square footage of the 5 proposed industrial/commercial buildings in Coppell amounts to 1,687,000 sq. ft. The preliminary plat complies with city standards for street layout. The landscape plan indicates the correct quantities and planting materials. RF_~O~NDATION: The following recommendations must be met as conditions for approval of this preliminary plat: (1) The City Secretary's signature block needs to be provided. (2) Correct the site data block to read "Current Zoning: 'A' Agriculture". (3) Applicant agrees to comply with the applicable floodplain ordinances. (See Engineering comments.) (4) Street names must be submitted to the fire marshal for review and approval. (See Fire Prevention comments.)
