Re: Roadway Impact Fees
Dear Doug:
Pursuant to our recent conversations, the City of Coppell's Roadway Impact Fees are not
applicable to the DFW International Trade Center. Our interlocal agreement, approved by the
City Council and the City of Grapevine excludes the assessment of those fees due to the split
ownership of the property which you are presently developing.
We look forward to working with IDI in the development of property and the beneficial results
for all parties involved.
