Village Parkway Pump Station Additions
Dear Mr. Daigre:
As discussed in our letter dated June 5, 1996, the Village Parkway Pump Station is a fully operational facility
that must remain clean at all times. The City has indicated that the pump station has not been restored to the
condition it was in before construction began and immediate action must be taken to remove the dust from the
floor, pumps and appurtenances inside the pump station. Further, the City has indicated that tools and
materials inside the pump station must be placed in a storage trailer at a location on the jobsite acceptable to
the City, rather then inside the pump station.
We trust that North Texas Municipal Construction Company will provide the necessary labor in an
expeditious manner to clean and maintain the pump station to the satisfaction of the City.
