GENERAL COMMENTS
* The final plat of Lot 1, I~ot 2, and Tract A, Block 4, DFW Trade Center will need
to be submitted to our office prior to tim Release for Construction of these plans. Our
City Attorney has informed us that this plat will need to be filext in Denton County as
well as Dallas County. Please submit the following items pertaining to this plat:
I. One (1) 18" x 24" mylar copy (for Denton County)
2. Three (3) 18" x 24" b}uelinc copies (for Denton County)
3. Three (3) 24" x 36" mylar copics and three (3) 24" x 36" blucline
copies (or as needed ft~r Dallas County, City ~f Grapevine, City of
Coppcll, and your records).
4. The check for the l)enton County filing tee of $52.00 ($26.00 per page
for two pages).
It is our understanding that your office will file the plat in Dallas County. Our o~'l~cc
will filc the plat in Denton County,
Note: Denton County plats require ihe following information: 1. Cabinet, Slide, and Date for filing informatmn.
2. Names must be printed (lyped) under all signatures.
* Revise the median modifications per thc discussion with Seen l)ycr on April
1997.
SHEET I I, DRAINAGE CRITERIA
* Provide Inlet capacity calculations
* Provide street capacity calculations, documenting that right-ol~-way is not exceeded by
flow depth during the 100-year storm event IfR O.W. is exceeded, additional inlets may
be needed.
* Change area designations in hydraulic calculations to match current designations Linc
"B" tributary areas are no longer A-13~ A-20, etc..
* For laterals calculations, include losses associated with the pipe entrance at the inlet
This may be accomplished using the equation h = 1.25V/(2g) where h is the head loss
and V is the velocity in the pipe. None of the laterals account ['or this loss.
* Upstream Hydraulic Gradient Elevations for Line "A" and "C' will not be 0 (zero).
Recalculate and change any needed profiles.
