Gentlemen:
Pursuant to the required laws of Texas, you are hereby notified that on May 30, 1996, MASONRY
TECHNOLOGY, INC. entered into an agreement dated May 8, 1996 with NORTH TEXAS
MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. for furnishing labor, material and equipment
for the masonry work as described in the contract documents, on the project known as Village
Parkway Pump Station located at 1101 Village Parkway, Coppell, Texas.
The contract provides for retainage by NORTH TEXAS MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC. of ten per cent (10%) of each billing to be due and payable upon completion
of all of the Subcontractor's work, acceptance thereof by the Owner, furnishing to Contractor of
satisfactory evidence by Subcontractor that all labor and material accounts incurred by
Subcontractor in connection with his work have been paid in full, and receipt of final payment
therefore by the Contractor from the Owner.
This notice is not intended to reflect upon the responsibility of your General Contractor, but is
given in compliance with the Hardeman Act, Articles 5452, et seq, of the Revised Civil Statutes of
Texas.
