WORK DESCRIPTION
1. The discharge and suction header taps are complete.
2. We did not see any evidence that trench safety was used for the suction header taping excavation.
3. Water was being pumped out of the excavation area.
4. The City indicated that a welders certification was needed for the welding that occurred on the suction and
discharge headers.
