1.Unsealed Contract Docs currently undergoing QAQC
2.Sealed plan set
3.Preliminary Draft of Pole Assembly and LED Luminaire spec for City editing/use (Note: missing gold paint finish,
dimmable option, etc.)
We will send the sealed contract docs later in the week once the internal QAQC is completed.

I screwed up the bid schedule. We will follow the following instead:
1.NTB 10/7
2.Plans and Specs 10/10 upload and add #1
3.10/17 Add #2
4.Pre-bid on 10/21 – 2:00pm and Bid Open on 10/28.
If I remember correctly all we need to modify is the NTB. Note that this is now Tuesdays…

George,
We have incorporated your comments from last week and my review comments. Assuming that you are still planning to
put the Bid Notification out tomorrow, we will plan to send you a pdf of the final sealed plans and documents in the
morning. Then if you will confirm how many sets you want in your office, we will deliver them on Friday morning. That
gives you a brief review time on changes.
My comments included two items that I wanted to point out:
1.I changed the contract duration to 60 days in lieu of 120.
2.I chose to use references to TxDOT’s Specification Items 618, 620, and 624 for conduit, electrical conductors,
and ground boxes. Although it does not matter so much on this project since the conduit will be in place, we
are showing these items by reference in the Pay Item descriptions in lieu of including the Technical
Specifications.
Unless we hear otherwise we will send pdfs in the morning.
