WORK DESCRIPTION
1. The contractor was working to expose joints on the 15 degree bend on the suction header to determine if the joints
are restrained. It appears the joints are not restrained and will require welding so that the bend will be sufficiently
restrained during the tapping operation.
2. We did not see any evidence of trench safety around the excavation.
3. NTMCC asked for "As Built" plans for the existing electrical conduits at the site.
4. We delivered a product data sheet for the existing roof material which is to be removed.
5. The taps to the suction header and discharge header are scheduled for Wednesday, April 17, 1996.
