Pursuant to our pr~wious convorsations, and th~ om most recmfly held on Tuesday, February 10, I will attempt to
outline what app~rs to be the final solution to tbe d~v~lopment of the IDI property whose boundaries encompass
areas ofboth the Cities of Grapevine and Coppell.
1. The City of Grapevine will be responsible for all site planning ~nd site enginee~ activities and related
processes.
2. The City of CoppeR, for buildings wholly in Coppeil or partially in Coppeil, will be responsible for all
building inspection proc_~ures, including shell construction.
Th~ IDI representatives, ther~ore, will be dealing with your staff on any site planning issues, and th~ City of
Coppell staff for any building-related issues only. ffyou find this consistent with our conversation on Tuesday,
February 10, plea~ sign the space provided below and return a copy to my office so it can be distributed to th~
appropriate departments.
