Re: Development Review Comments
1. Masonry wall is currently in bid process. It will be approximately 46'x 36'x $' to
compensate for shrubs. It will be painted Sherwinn Williams Pediment 2011 to
match Bldg. D. at this site.
2. Nellie R. Stevens holly will be installed around the perimeter of the wall.
3. The lot will shifted north as layout shows to compensate for 10' sidewalk and
utility easment.
4. Gate has been moved to the creek side or N.W.
5. Zoning Change Request Sign has been completed and sign installed.

To Whom it May Concern:
TU Pipeline Services which operates Lone Star Pipeline Company's natural gas transmission
pipelines in and around the City of Coppell has applied for a special use permit to install a
natural gas metering station to provide additional volumes of natural gas to Coppell. The
location of the station is approximately twenty feet north of Freeport Parkway and
approximately 400 feet west of Patriot Drive. Among the staff comments was a request from
the fire marshal for a fire lane to the facility. Based on the station's proximity to Freeport
Parkway and the size of the lot we request that this requirement be waived. Should an
emergency occur, the site is easily accessed from the street. The other request, for an access
gate, is a normal part of any new facility. A twelve-foot access gate will be provided and can
be placed so as to provide immediate access in the event of an emergency.
TU Pipeline Services appreciates the opportunity to work with this committee to continue to
provide adequate service to the citizens of Coppeil.
