Survey for the above referred Property. Although you indicated that the sidewalk e~ :roachmem onto
the Patriot Drive dedicated public right-of-way should not be an issue of concern, I would appreciate if
you could review the attached survey to con.f'mn. I have demarcated the points at w hich the sidewalk
overlaps onto Patriot Drive.
Given that we are closing the purchase and sale of the Property on December 1, I w~)uld very much
