Subject: Hammond Street Alley Subgrade Treatment
Mike,
I spoke with Mark Gray with Rone Engineering on the subgrade treatment of our alley due to the small overall area and cross section and he proposed using flex base (recycled concrete)
under the subgrade which will provide a better subgrade than lime and would be a little easier to preform given the 10’ cross section. Please review and advise.
