I just spoke to Oncor Electric and they provided me the ESID number to the school zone flashers. However, they are paid for by CISD and therefore power disconnect has to be made by
their service provider (I cannot request it from the City). I will type the meter numbers and ESID numbers below if you want to forward this information to them for disconnect as they
are currently active accounts:
