Matt,
I have taken a stab at an amendment to our Purchase Agreement to include
the additional work associated with the aerial crossing and the
additional pavement removal and replacement. I have forwarded these to
our city attorney for review and comment also.
In order to bring this to the City Council meeting on April 13th for
approval we will need to work out the details by Tuesday 4/6/10.
Please call me to discuss this when you have had a chance to look at it.
