Thank you for the information. Fred can take care of this inspection for you and I think we can answer some of your questions per our telephone conversation.
I have attached the TDLR Owner Agent Designation form that is required by TDLR if an Agent completes the Request for Inspection form (which you have done) on behalf of the Owner of the
Property. Please have Matt Oyen- if he is the Owner of the Property - complete this form and sign it and email it to me. Fred will need this form to request the file for the inspection.
This form is required by TDLR to accompany any forms signed by Owner Agents (see the paragraph at the bottom of the form.)
The fee for the inspection will be $$479.00. I will send you an invoice in another email.
You cannot find RAS 1052 because it appears that she does not have a license at this time; this license number is no longer issued to her based on the TDLR website. I have emailed TDLR
and asked them where Fred would find her files. Perhaps, TDLR will give him permission to inspect this without her file. Fred would be glad to help you with any other of the projects
that RAS 1052 has reviewed and will not be able to inspect.
