Re FW Stabilization StatusOk. That means we call you with any maintenance issues within the two-year warranty period, and you will contact Lacy?

Keith - Based on our conversation the last time we met with you and Ken my understanding was that we would not have a maintenance bond. The warranty under the purchase agreement would
be all that was required along with the standard workmanship/defect warranties under our agreement with Lacy.
Thanks,
Matt

I'll talk with Rick and Halff about it today at the TDLR inspection. I did receive your pay request, and we are processing it.
What did we ever decide in terms of maintenance bonds?

I just wanted to check in with you on the status of potential acceptance for our ROW seeding based on the response from Kody on last weeks status.
Thanks,
Matt
