To be honest, I'm not sure what we will need to do. I can review the bids fairly quickly. Let me discuss this with Ken and see if we will need some additional action by City Council
to move forward.
If no additional action is required we could set up a pre-con by the end of July. If additional action is needed we could probably make the July 28th meeting, and have the pre-con in
early August.

Keith,
We were looking at our Calendars to see what time would make sense for
us to come out for a kick off meeting on the Southwestern project and
just wanted to get your thoughts on the City's timelines to setup a
preconstruction/kickoff meeting once a contractor is selected. As you
know we are scheduled to get the bids in on July 2, 2009. We anticipate
that we would be able to review the bids and provide you with the bids
and the Recommended Bidder per the Purchase Agreement by July 9, 2009.
If you have the Recommended Bidder information by July 9, 2009 how long
do you think it will take for the City's review and how long after the
City's review do you anticipate it would be before a preconstruction
meeting could be scheduled for the project?
