Subject: Southwestern Boulevard Monthly Meeting
I would like to setup a monthly meeting on the Southwestern Boulevard
project for September 22, 2009 at 2:00 pm Central Time. The purpose
would be to setup our initial monthly meeting now that the project is
getting rolling as a status check-in and to make certain that we are all
on the same page with communication on the project as well.
Please let me know if are available, or if their is another time that
would work for you. I would appreciate a quick response as I would like
to make travel arrangements as soon as possible.
