I briefly visited with Keith Marvin about the land between the improved Southwestern Blvd. and the properties to the north. There is potentially excess right-of-way, however it is encumbered
by various utility lines both above and underground, the need to maintain access in some locations. The Engineering Department has be approached by several of the abutting property
owners, and they are in the preliminary stages of determining what the options are.
