I'm going to have to take the sewer piece to City Council for approval. We have a meeting tomorrow night, but there is no way to get on that agenda. The next opportunity is on September
8th. That's two weeks from tomorrow.

Anyway to get the sanitary sewer approved any faster? We will be
complete with all of the base bid and change order work in two weeks and
want to make sure we do not get charged for a mobilization charge from
our sub or hold up the starting of the paving operation.

James,
I received your pricing. I am going to insert this into our change
order form. I do not plan to include the item for the 16x12 tapping
sleeve, as that item is included in the contract. We also will not
include the change on the Coppell Road water services at this time. we
can over run the quantities a we go, and if we need to make this
adjustment we can do it later.
I will hold the proposed sanitary, and take it to City Council on
9/08/2009 as a stand alone change order.
Once I receive the cost for the box I will send the complete change
order over for your review before I ask the City Manger to sign it.
