I think part of our concern is the charges we have been sent seem really
high. We are looking at the cost now and will pay these when we have
verified all of the time charged.

I have received 2 calls this week from Fort Worth & Western Rail Road
concerning unpaid flagging charges on the South Coppell Road project.
The invoices for this work were forwarded to JRJ for payment.
Under the terms of JRJ's contract with the City of Coppell, JRJ is
responsible for coordination with the railroad for all necessary
shutdowns, and to provide flagmen when necessary. Please respond to
these invoices in a timely manner.
