RE Railroad Flagging Charges (2)I know what you mean. I appreciate the response. >>> "Marty Murphy" <Martym@JRJPaving.com> 2/18/2010 1:01 PM >>> Keith, I think part of our concern is the charges we have been sent seem really high. We are looking at the cost now and will pay these when we have verified all of the time charged. Marty -----Original Message----- From: Keith Marvin [mailto:kmarvin@coppelltx.gov] Sent: Thursday, February 18, 2010 12:57 PM To: Marty Murphy Cc: James Scott Subject: Railroad Flagging Charges I have received 2 calls this week from Fort Worth & Western Rail Road concerning unpaid flagging charges on the South Coppell Road project. The invoices for this work were forwarded to JRJ for payment. Under the terms of JRJ's contract with the City of Coppell, JRJ is responsible for coordination with the railroad for all necessary shutdowns, and to provide flagmen when necessary. Please respond to these invoices in a timely manner. Thanks. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681
