Railroad Flagging ChargesI have received 2 calls this week from Fort Worth & Western Rail Road concerning unpaid flagging charges on the South Coppell Road project. The invoices for this work were forwarded
to JRJ for payment.
Under the terms of JRJ's contract with the City of Coppell, JRJ is responsible for coordination with the railroad for all necessary shutdowns, and to provide flagmen when necessary.
Please respond to these invoices in a timely manner.
