I'm out of town this week. I did get the pricing from James, and I left him a voice message asking him to call me about it.
Your pricing seems reasonable to me, but I want to see if you would be willing to lower it to something under $25,000. As it is right now it will need to go to City Council for approval.
This could pose some challenges. Anything under $25,000 could be approved at the City Manager level, and should be easier and faster.
