Attached is the memorandum per our discussion on September 12, 2008. We
recommend that we submit our existing conditions modeling in lieu of the
proposed DFIRM. Upon your approval we will submit this information to
FEMA. The FEMA letter was dated September 3, 2008 and we have 30 days
to respond.
