Keith-
I looked at the models and based on the best available information it
appears that the fourth gabion basket is needed to contain the WSEL in
the channel. I was interested to see your pictures because it appears
based on the plans that we should be able to create positive drainage in
the areas of the provided cross-sections, but I know things always
change in the field.
