I have spoken with Albert about this issue. As I understand it the
contractor that did the street repair will come back and bore a new
mainline under the paving and abandon the one that is damaged. I don't
have a schedule right now. Albert is in contact with them, and I am
holding some of their money, so I expect them to make arrangements to do
it soon.

Good Morning Keith,
I just got a report from my landscaping group regarding a serious leak
that we had out at S. Royal at Bethel Road. The notes are below. I
talked to Bill about this but he says that it not him because it is too
far back from Bethel Road. I remember meeting out with Randy with
Tiseo, Albert and American Landscape and pointing out this problem. I
really believe that American Landscape made this initial repair, but the
repair did not take. I need to assistance to get this repair completed.
Please let me know if you speak to Albert today at the weekly meeting
and he recalls this issue...

Hi Christy Fidel and I were looking at the broken mainline that caused
the water to surface on the street and we have it narrowed down to a
twenty foot area the problem is this is at least 4 to 5 feet deep. If
you have any plans on how this was initially installed this would help
us out a lot trying to get a bid to repair it.
He also asked me why was it leaking? This was caused by either the
company that repaired this area due to construction didn't cap both ends
of the original line or they capped it and it came apart.
