Keith-
Attached is our documentation of the downstream assessment. It should
be noted that the drainage areas mentioned (15A and 15B) reflect
as-built plans and future roadway plans for Coppell and Bethel Road by
FNI. The results show that the proposed site does not cause increase in
stream flow at the outfalls. FNI plans on upgrading the infrastructure
along Bethel and Coppell Roads to verify that the increased runoff will
be conveyed to Tributary G-1, in which case detention on the site is not
required.
