Dear Mr. Moss,
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Cover Sheet -
1. Include Wrangler Dr. on the title page.
Removal Plan —
2. Show any tree that will be removed on the removal plan within the ROW.
3. Label Wrangler Dr.
PavinI4 Plan -
4. Due to the Cypress Waters development we have concerns with the traffic coming from
Cypress Waters to Coppell Middle School West. We do not have adequate capacity on
Wrangler. You are showing 2 through lanes westbound and a right turn north bound. We
only have one lane westbound on Wrangler. Eastbound we only have a left turn and right
turn capacity. We will need to discuss the options of Widening Wrangler due to the Cypress
Waters Development.
5. ADA ramps will need to be upgraded on the West side of Belt Line.
6. Our radius requirements on major intersections are 35' minimum, our new ordinance that will
be adopted in the next couple of months will be increased to 40'.
7. Our turn lane width is 11 feet.
8. Any items constructed in the City of Coppell ROW shall conform to our standard
specifications, including ADA ramps, stamped concrete, pavement markings, etc..

Traffic Signal —
11. Provide detailed SUE wit this set prior to foundation approval. We want to know exactly
where the foundation will be going.
12. Provide a sign entering/leaving Coppell/Dallas
Channels -
13. Label the City of Coppell owned property.
14. Who is maintaining the drainage channels?
15. Provide a drainage area map.
Miscellaneous -
16. Remove the City of Coppell Detail sheets, the contractor will be required to have them onsite
at all times.
17. Show were future sidewalk will be installed along S. Belt Line Rd.
There may be additional comments throughout the plans that need attention as well. Please make
the necessary changes and submit these marked -up plans and two sets of revised plans to the
City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your convenience.
