The following items have been addressed as per the referenced review: GENERAL 1. Include a copy of the plat. Response: Comment addressed. 2. We have had flooding issues around the building in the past, as circled on sheet 3.1. We added a water proofing membrane to the building and some area drains. I'm not sure if this has helped or not. This comment is more of an FYI. Response: Comment noted. 3. Remove the details from the set, the contractor will have a copy of our details onsite. Response: Comment addressed. DEMOLITION PLAN 4. Show the islands that will be demolished as well. Response: Comment addressed. DIMENSION CONTROL PLAN 5. George Marshall in our office would like to see something on the fiber optics in the area. Response: Comment addressed. 6. Is the intent of the island at the driveway entrance to deter traffic from entering on the exist side. Is there an alternative that might work better? What is the drainage area and calculations? Response: Comment addressed, see sheet C3.1. PAVING PLAN 10. Where is the sidewalk connection from the trail around the school to the library? Are there stairs at the end of the sidewalk on the southwest corner? Should there be ADA accessibility? Response: The stairs in the SW corner have been discussed with Building Inspections and were deemed acceptable.
