Dear Mike,
Attached are seven sets of the civil plans for this project for City approval. I am also
returning the two markup sets. I am also enclosing a CD with the CAD files and a PDF
copy of the plans.
Regarding the abandonment of the sewer line running north of the north property line, I
could not say whether the line picks sewer from anything to the north. In addition, the
line off offsite of the property and I am not sure this developer should be responsible for
determining the viability of abandonment and the costs of doing the work. I think the
developer would be willing to work with the city in some capacity regarding this.
As for the additional lots on Oak Grove to the east, I know the company buying those lots
is continuing to pursue more of them. I think TCCI Development, Inc. could address this
more appropriately.
