TERMINATION OF EASEMENT BY MERGER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
COUNTY OF DENTON §
This TERMINATION OF EASEMENT BY MERGER is made as of July 23, 2014 (the
"Effective Date") by STANDARD PACIFIC OF TEXAS, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Standard
Pacific").
WHEREAS, Standard Pacific is the sole fee simple owner of the land conveyed by that certain
Deed recorded in Volume 817, Page 335 of the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas (the "Flourney
Deed");
WHEREAS, Standard Pacific is the sole fee simple owner of the land underlying the road
easements described in the Flourney Deed (the "Flournev Easement"); and
WHEREAS, Standard Pacific, as the sole fee simple owner of all of the land burdened and/or
benefitted by the Flourney Easement, desires to formally abandon the Flourney Easement subject to the
terms and conditions set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, Standard Pacific hereby unconditionally abandons the Flourney Easement
and all rights, incidents and/or privileges related thereto.
