NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Caudill:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on August
5, 2015. Two hundred and five (205) Calendar Days were bid on this project for the
completion of work. Therefore, if work begins on August 7th, then the calendar days on the
project will expire on February 29, 2016. Your construction time will officially begin the day
of commencement or August 5ffi, whichever comes first.
