RE: PD -199R8 -HC, Vista Point II, Lot 6R, Block A- Children's Learning Adventure
Dear Mr. Newton,
This is a request for payment in accordance with the conditions set forth in the zoning case PD -
199R8 -HC. Prior to issuance of Building Permit, the owner/applicant shall place sz fficient fiends
in escrowfor one fourth the cost of the proposed tf•affic signal to be located at MacArthur Blvd.
and Lake Vista Drive. The issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy may be issued prior to the
installation of the traffic signal. Based on the final invoice established by the City of Lewisville,
the City of Coppell will reimburse to the Children's Learning Adventure any unnecessary fees
relating to the cost of the traffic signal. The Certificate of Occupancy will not be held up due to
the timing of this payment. However payment should be received within 30 days of this letter.
Please send a copy of this letter along with your check for $45,000.00, payable to the City of
Coppell. If you have any questions, please contact the Engineering Department at 972-304-3682.
