Re: Villawood Erosion (Stream G-6)
The City of Coppell has hired Nathan D. Maier, Inc, Consulting Engineers to complete a design to help
stop the erosion of the drainage channel in the Northlake Woodlands East Subdivision just east of Moore
Road.
This Right of Entry letter authorizes the surveyors working with Nathan D. Maier, Inc. Consulting
Engineers, to enter the drainage easement for Northlake Woodlands East for purposes of obtaining
necessary survey data to complete the design of the erosion control for stream G-6
Any damage to the property caused by entry onto the property to obtain surveying information will be the
sole responsibility of Nathan D. Maier, Inc. to repair.
It is expressively understood that this Right -of -Entry is only for that period of time necessary to obtain data
information associated with the design of Stream G-6 drainage project.
This in no way authorizes parties to enter onto the land during the construction phase for purposes of
accessing the project, storing materials, etc.
This Right -of -Entry will terminate one-year from the date of this Right -of -Entry or the date of the start of
construction, whichever comes first.
