On June 19, 2015 reinforcing steel was observed at the following locations:
1) Box Culvert Walls (Middle Two Walls)
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Zepriano, representatives of Tisio Paving
1) Rebar touching form walls, use chairs to meet 2" concrete cover requirement.
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.
