Results
On June 16, 2015 reinforcing steel was observed at the following locations:
1) Box Culvert Walls (Two Northern Most Walls)
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Walter and Zepriano, representatives of Tesio
Paving,
1) Add verticle "Z" bar to meet 8" max spacing requirement.
2) Fix spacing between rebar and forms with chairs to meet 2" cover requirement.
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.

Note: Sections of wall were covered by forms prior to arrival.
