Results
On June 11, 201. reinforcing steel was observed at the following locations:
1) Box Culvert W. Side of Bridge (Bottom Slab)
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Zepriano, a representative of Tesio Pavin;,
1) Pump water out from the bottom.
2) Add vertical U bar
3) Clean mud off of rebar
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.
