Halff Associtates 1201 North Bowser Road Richardson, TX 75081 RE: Prologis Park Infrastructure Plans (1st Submittal) Dear Mr. Gossett, The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: General - 1. Show all utility crossings on the profiles. 2. Remove sheets 7.01 and 7.02, the contractor will be required to have the standard details onsite at all times. 3. Remove the very last sheet for liberty park. Drainaize Plan - 4. Ensure that the downstream drainage channel can handle the flow you are releasing form your site. Utility Plan - 5. Sheet C4.05 show the existing sanitary sewer and the crossing. Also show existing water that the 12" is tying into. 6. Sheet C5.01, show existing water line along Coppell Rd. 7. Sheet C5.02, show gas crossing 8. Sheet C5.03, why not stub out the sewer for future? 9. Provide external drops connections on manholes. There may be additional comments throughout the plans that need attention as well. Please make the necessary changes. The City of Coppell has reviewed the plans for the referenced addition which will be approved with the comments above addressed. The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets for stamping as is necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell along with a copy of the City's standard construction details. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 2% inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. A check for inspection fees made to the City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with the Construction Development Permit Application and a copy of the Construction Site Notice. For your convenience a spreadsheet is attached to the permit application for use in calculating the inspection fees. A copy of the contract(s) should be attached for verification purposes.
