On April 7, 2015 reinforcing steel was observed at the following locations:
Columns - post trail bridge stage 2.
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Alejandro a representative of CD Builders
1. Clean out bottom area
2. Make sure is rebar support provides proper cover for concrete.
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.

Results
On April 14, 2015 reinforcing steel was observed at the following locations:
Pavement north bound STA. 14+80 to 15+50.
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Antonio representative of CD Builders.
1. Missing 2 rebar connections with existing pavement.
2. Need to use diagonal rebar int the comer of forms for inlet
3. Clean area.
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.
