The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Antonio a representative of CD Builders .
1. Need to fix rebar for curb at STA. 5+50
2. Supplemented area with rebar support
3. Supplemented with diagonal rebar for corner in front of inlet.
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.

Pavement north bound STA. 12+40 to 15+50. At this time, observed that the end corner of concrete was broken at STA.
12+10; they need to cut straight and make the connection with new pavement.
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Antonio representative of CD Builders .
1. Supplemented with rebar support.
2. Clean area (piece of wood)
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.
