On April 24, 2015 reffiforcing steel was observed at the following locations:
Inlet curb STA 13+70
Decel lane North bound STA 8+20 to 9+00
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Antonio, a representative of CD Builders
1) Clean connection with existing concrete.
2) Cover concrete after the pour.
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.
