3. Rail trail 2 segments; bridge; stage 2; between abutment 4 and bent 3
4. Decel lane STA. 12+00 to 13+00 south bound
5. Drive way -3
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Antonio & Manuel, representatives of CD Builders.
1. Clean area (plastic and wood)
2. For inlet ring, supplemented with 4 diagonal rebar .
3. Clear the existing concrete before start pouring for decel lane
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.
