Dear Mr. Gossett,
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
General -
1. Add the legal description to the cover page
2. Include a copy of the plat.
Paving Plan -
3. Do the drive entrances still match our Freeport Parkway plans? More specifically the drive
adjacent to the Cell Tower.
4. The sidewalk along Freeport should be 5 foot not 4 foot.
Storm Drain Plan -
5. Callouts are turned off.
Water and Wastewater Plans -
6. Clean this page up, it's hard to see that watcrline and sewer line.
There may be additional comments written on the plans that need to be addressed. Once the
necessary corrections have been made, please return this marked -up set and two sets of
revised plans to the City for review. I will provide impact fees after the next submittal. If you
have any questions or need any additional information, please contact the Engineering
Department at your convenience.
