We recently completed plans for the LED Upgrade of illumination along Freeport Parkway South and that project is being let now by the City. As I think you are aware, that project will
install pole assemblies and LED fixtures furnished by the City and install the wire to connect and energize the Illumination. At the same time your project will provide the foundations,
conduit, and electrical service for the illumination. Attached are two plan sheets that show the changes that affect your installations of foundations, conduit and electrical service.
These changes include one pole relocation, one service relocation, and 10 foot deep foundations.
Please acknowledge and incorporate these changes and communicate cost changes as necessary to the City. If you have comments or need to discuss the changes, let me or Chris Schmitt
