RE: Eagle Point Village at Riverchase (Glade Point Drive Construction)
Dear Mr. Ragsdale:
I have received and reviewed your request to escrow the funds for the future construction of
Glade Point Drive. The draft copy of the escrow agreement you submitted has been forwarded
to our City Attorney's office. Our City Attorney has responded that he has no problem with the
concept or the content of the escrow agreement. Therefore, I would recommend that you
finalize the escrow agreement and provide a signed copy along with the check in the amount of
$3,658.66 to the City of Coppell. Both the agreement and the check will be required prior to
final acceptance of the Eagle Point Village Subdivision. Also, the agreement will need approval
from the City Council. The next City Council meeting is May 25, 1993. To be on that agenda,
I need the finalized agreement on or before May 14, 1993. If you can not make that date please
submit it prior to May 28, 1993, so it can be placed on the June 8th, 1993 City Council agenda.
