On May, 1.3, 201.5 reinforcing steel was observed at the following locations:
1) Paving S. median crossing STA. 11+40 to 11+90
2) Driveway -7
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Antonio, a representative of CD Builders.
1) Clean existing concrete
2) Use chair for driveway -7
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.
