On May 28, 2015 reinforcing steel was observed at the following locations:
I)Mcdian Nose, stamped concrete. STA. 29+00 to 29+50.
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Antonio, a representative of CD Builders.
1) Clean diet from existing concrete.
2) Use rebar support.
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.
