Two -Year Maintenance Bond Release
Dear Mr. Hafner:
Representatives of the City of Coppell have performed an inspection of paving and utilities for the
referenced project to coincide with the end of the two-year bond term.
As of the date of this letter we have found the facilities to be in good condition overall, and the
punchlist of minor items that needed repair has been completed. Erosion control structures/systems
were also inspected and found to be in acceptable condition at this time. The City of Coppell
considers the status of all bonds released.
